As the digital manager for Doctor Staci I researched competitors to position her as the leading holistic, integrated dentist. I also provided events and collaborations with other professionals in Staci’s field to leverage their following.

GOAL:
Audience growth and quality informative content to position Doctor Staci as a leading professional educator in the field of holistic dentistry. Increase brand awareness to obtain new professional opportunities and collaborations.
SOLUTION:
Through competitor research, I saw holes in the educational sector of the holistic world that Doctor Staci could fill. I created engaging graphics and reels to grab the attention of her audience and level-up against her competitors. Additionally, I found a niche audience of parents who were looking for holistic care after being disappointed with their pediatric doctors for their children. I advised to launch her brand on TikTok and Pinterest to direct additional eyes and get a deeper understanding of her target audience.
RESULT:
Beginning with about 3,000 followers, I was able to grow Doctor Staci’s Instagram to over 28,000 followers. I began her TikTok at 0 which grew to about 10,000 followers under my care. I helped set Staci’s digital presence up for success as her ultimate goal was to obtain funding for a new venture - Happi Floss: sustainable flossers - for which she appeared on Shark Tank.
